By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About us and our services

TaaTatu Hub is a company incorporated in Kenya, with its place of business at Off Mt. Kenya Road, Mombasa, Kenya. We connect East African producers and suppliers with global importers and regional distributors, and provide sourcing, export and trade facilitation services across a range of product categories.

2. Use of the Website

The Website is provided for general business information. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others.

3. Quotations and requests

Information on the Website, including product categories and indicative descriptions, is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. When you submit a request through the Get a Quote form, you are asking us to provide a quotation; this does not create a contract. Any quotation we provide is an invitation to proceed, is valid only for the period stated, and is subject to confirmation of availability, specification, pricing and lead times at the time of order.

4. Contracts and trade terms

Specific transactions are governed by a separate written agreement, contract or order confirmation agreed between you and TaaTatu Hub, which will set out the products, quantities, specifications, pricing, applicable Incoterms, payment terms, delivery and other commercial terms. In the event of any conflict, that agreement prevails over information on the Website.

5. Accuracy of information

We take care to keep information on the Website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error free, or up to date. Product availability, origins, specifications and prices may change without notice.
